Best And Worst Of 2013

It's been a long time coming, but it's time to wrap the films of 2013 (even though I still have some to watch).  Of the films I've seen so far, here are my personal bests and worsts of 2013.

Note the criteria includes: the film came out in 2013 (or was a foreign film released in the US in 2013), and obviously, I HAVE TO HAVE SEEN IT.
